Dog Training & Recreation for Body, Brain, & Behavior
Dog Walker? Dog Trainer?
How about the Best of Both?
Not just walks. Not just training.
TrainRec’s Day Training blends professional training, mental enrichment, and structured exercise while you’re at work. You’ll come home to a calmer, better-behaved dog - without the stress of doing it all yourself
How It Works - Easy as 123
1 - Meet & Greet
Start with a simple intro session. We visit your home to learn about your dog, your goals, and your routine. Together, we design the training and enrichment plan that fits your life.
2 - At-Home Training & Enrichment
On the schedule you choose (subject to availability), TrainRec comes to your home while you’re at work or busy. Each visit blends positive-reinforcement training with fun enrichment activities—building skills, confidence, and good habits.
3 - Monthly Client Handoff
You’ll receive a clear handoff: cue reviews, progress updates, and easy guidance so you can reinforce what your dog has learned. We check in on your satisfaction and adjust the plan as needed to keep everything running smoothly.
ABOUT
Eric Boyer, CEO (Chief Enrichment Officer)
Eric is a lifelong animal lover who lights up around dogs and genuinely enjoys getting to know each pup’s quirks, needs, and personality.
His dog training journey started in 2017 with his rescue dog, Winston, who inspired him to leave a busy tech career and follow his heart into dog behavior and training.
He’s a Karen Pryor Academy Certified Training Partner (KPA-CTP) proudly trained under world-renowned dog trainer Terry Ryan.
He’s also a Credentialed Family Dog Mediator (FDM), helping families understand their dogs on a deeper level so life feels easier and more harmonious for everyone.
Eric uses force-free, positive reinforcement because he believes training should feel good — for both ends of the leash.
Above all, Eric’s goal is simple: to help dogs and their humans live happier lives together
